The Janitorial Agency Franchise Terms and Definitions

The term RSR means all amounts billed by you to customer (company receiving cleaning services) accounts, and National Accounts for work performed by your independent companies, Entrepreneur Programs, and independent contractors for regular cleaning services which are any services performed by your independent companies, Entrepreneur Programs, and/or independent contractors.

The term GES means all cash collected by you from the sale, renewal, and transfer of Entrepreneur Programs, the sale of upgrades (additional business), and all cash payments and collections received by you on notes from Entrepreneur Program sales, the sale of upgrades (additional business), transfer fees, plus the amount of your billings to customer accounts for special (one time) services, and all supplies and materials sold to your customers.
