Basic Program

The Basic Program: is focused on initial start-up companies or companies who want to hold their services to a higher standard and, in turn, add consistent business volume to their already established cleaning company. The Basic Program can also jump start a company that may just need initial business volume to get their business going.

Aggressive Program
The Aggressive Program is for those that are starting a new business or already have their own business and are more interested in managing a successful cleaning business rather than running all the intricate details of a cleaning company.
Cost $20,000

Premier Program

The Premier Program is an exclusive program offered by TJA which is for entrepreneurs who qualify and meet the criteria set by TJA. Entrepreneurs in this program have the determination, skills, and ability to successfully handle and operate a multi-million dollar cleaning company.
Cost $40,000

Master Franchise Pricing

How Territories Are Calculated

Master franchise population area

1) Approximately 1 million population = $50k
2) Approximately 2.5 million population = $125k

Example 1: Oakland County, MI has a population of 1.2 million
Master franchise would cost $60k

Example 2: Miami-Dade County, FL has a population of 2.4 million
Master franchise would cost $120k

TJA calculates a territory based on the population of the area by using counties/zip codes. When a certain area is requested, TJA in certian circumstances will approve the area.
When a company purchases the Aggressive Program, Premier Program or Master Franchise(s), that company may request up to 6 different areas to have first. second, or third right of refusal.
