The Janitorial Agency Franchise Systems Corp. | How Revenue is Generated
With the Janitorial Agency Franchise Systems Corp. we have two ways we generate revenue.
The first way the Janitorial Agency Franchise Systems Corp. generates revenue is through signing up janitorial contractors into the Janitorial Agency Franchise Systems Corp. network. We do this through the Entrepreneur Department which we call GES. In the FDD’s you will see the term (GES) Gross Entrepreneur Sales. Each janitorial contractor pays a one time fee between $7,900-$42,000, up front, to begin services. The janitorial contractor pays this fee in order to get guaranteed business volume opportunities and to have training and consulting.

In the FDD’s you will see the term (RSR) Regular Service Revenue which is the contract fee that The Janitorial Agency charges. This is an up front contract fee charged to the contractors for the business volume (contracts signed with facilities who need cleaning services) that are acquired for them through advertising and the sales process performed with the Janitorial Agency Franchise System Corp.'s agent.
