The Janitorial Agency | How Revenue is Generated

With The Janitorial Agency we have two ways we generate revenue. The first way TJA generates revenue is through signing up janitorial contractors into The Janitorial Agency’s network. We do this through the Entrepreneur Department which we call Team A. In the FDD’s you will see the term (GES) Gross Entrepreneur Sales. Each janitorial contractor pays a one time fee between $7,900-$40,000, up front, to begin services. The janitorial contractor pays this fee in order to get guaranteed business volume and to have training and consulting.

The second way TJA generates revenue is through the Contracting (Agent) Department which we call Team B. In the FDD’s you will see the term (RSR) Regular Service Revenue which means the contract fee that TJA charges. This is a up front contract fee charged to the contractors for the business volume (contracts signed with facilities who need cleaning services) that is acquired for the them through advertising and the sales process performed with TJA’s agent.
