With his experience in small business ownership, Brent is understanding toward those who may have a difficult time coming up with the capital to invest into starting a new company. Many of our clients have Brent to thank for making The Janitorial Agency an option for them.
While Brentʼs expertise is currently being used to make it possible for people with small investment options to invest with The Janitorial Agency, his first job at TJA was not in the finance department. Brent responded to an ad for a professional painter and, after offering his resume, he was encouraged to apply for his current position of Finance Director. In a matter of two weeks, Brent went from painting, to restructuring clientʼs investment options to make their small business dreams a possibility.
Being a small business owner himself, Brent says itʼs good to see people start to flourish in their entrepreneurship after they have been trained. The Janitorial Agencyʼs work environment, he says, makes this easy. “I enjoy my coworkers, I really enjoy making it possible for people to start their own small business. Itʼs a comfortable environment.”
Professional painting is not Brentʼs only side project outside of work, he is also developing a music producing project. “Iʼm working on recording my first album right now, and Iʼm producing another bandʼs first CD also.” Brent also plays guitar and sings lead vocals in his own band, Parted Waters.
