Evan Griffiths
Janitorial Agency Employee Profile
Evan Griffiths is a new addition to The Janitorial Agency Services Corp. He’s a marketing executive in the office who’s getting married to a wonderful girl in the coming months. Evan spent the last three months of his life digging wells in Africa and reviewing eco-sanitation programs for African entrepreneurs. He said, “I came back to the States with a burning desire to continue on the same path I blazed in Africa, but in a corporate office atmosphere. I jumped at the opportunity to help people every day at The Janitorial Agency.”
When asked why The Janitorial Agency was a better company than its franchising competitors, Evan said, “We are the most comprehensive and the least expensive compared to the franchises. Our services are unparalleled by anybody else in the cleaning industry. We go the extra-mile every day whether it’s a consultation about proper cleaning procedures, or answering a question about the franchising firms in the industry; we answer a lot of questions here at TJASC.”
“You need to invest money in your cleaning business;” says Evan, “this isn’t a free service. But if you’d like someone to show you how to get more contracts than you know how to get by yourself, join us.” Without TJASC, business pitfalls fatally ensnare 94% of all entrepreneurs in the cleaning businesses within six months of their business opening. TJASC teaches and consults janitorial business owners not only how to get contracts but how to keep them. Not a single person who we’ve worked with, who has done things according to our experienced directions, has failed in the commercial cleaning industry.
Evan went on to say, “The Janitorial Agency is a good business for new entrepreneurs because our specialty is building businesses from the ground up. We’ll get your cleaning company where you want it to be, and we’ll consult you to do it the right way, so that you’ll have all the tools to remain at the top in your commercial cleaning journey.”
When asked about his coworkers in the office, Evan smiled and said, “The Janitorial Agency only hires the best. I work with people who are geared toward helping others succeed in the commercial cleaning industry. The people at The Janitorial Agency really care about people, and it shows.”
The Janitorial Agency is growing every day. Evan said, “Ten years from now I hope to have several clients who are millionaires, who started with me this year. This is not only possible, it’s likely.”
Between building & shooting firearms, and spending the day fly fishing, Evan keeps quite busy when he isn’t at work. He says, “I also like to help people in my spare time. I’ve worked at soup kitchens, and have done fundraising for several charities including my favorite, “Be a Number”, which gives food, clothes and school supplies to children in developing countries.” Evan’s fiancé keeps him on an even keel. He says, “Kate keeps me centered. She makes my life right. Anytime I have a problem or get excited over a concern, she speaks to me with gentle wisdom that gets me over it.” With a good life to work ratio Evan is looking forward to a promising career with The Janitorial Agency.
