Born and raised in Arkansas, James is one of the TJASC’s most congenial and well liked consultants by all his cleaning clients. His favorite part of the job is the challenge to be his best every day in his service area of the cleaning industry. When asked who inspired him to help people in the cleaning industry, James said, “My grandpa used to do a farming service down in Arkansas. When he’d go to market to sell his crops, there would be people who were hungry and couldn’t pay. My grandpa never turned away a hungry human being. I learned a lot from him in that respect and continue to apply his ethics to my job. His example instilled a sense of humility in my soul that I’ve taken into every aspect of my life. Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to help people. The Janitorial Agency gives me a chance to be in service to my fellow man. I have absolutely no complaints.”

When not at work, James can be seen mountain biking with his two beautiful daughters Morgan and Caitlyn. He says, “They’re the most important people in my life. Morgan and Caitlyn keep me strong throughout the peaks and valleys of my job. I’d be lost without my family.”

The Janitorial Agency’s training courses are great! They’re visual and relatively entertaining; definitely not boring. I’ve been in cleaning for several years, so a lot of the information I learned through my experience with TJA’s training videos was a refresher course.
