Joe Gauthier is the senior sales representative in the office at The Janitorial Agency Services Corp. When asked to describe his job, Joe said, “The services I provide are out of this world. We take entrepreneurs with a desire to grow a large commercial cleaning business and make their dreams of attaining contracts upon contracts a reality. My day-to-day experience is different every day. My position at The Janitorial Agency is different from anything I’ve ever done before.”

Joe says, “The prospective clients I work with make my job in the office interesting. The people I work with are entrepreneurs at heart, but don’t have the experience to make it on their own. And it’s always a positive experience to get people on the right track.”

According to Joe, there was a definite learning curve involved with what he does at The Janitorial Agency. He said, “I’m used to doing business to business sales. The commercial cleaning business continues to evolve; therefore, I’m constantly learning and growing. Steve and Dan are on the cutting edge, always prepared to take the next daring step necessary to grow The Janitorial Agency.”

Joe says, “Many of the people we work with are excellent at the cleaning aspect of janitorial work, but are novices at owning and operating a commercial cleaning business. Joe offers service to people on a daily basis. When asked who inspired him to help people, Joe said, “My dad was an extremely good man. He was a giver and was the best man I have ever met. Dad used his life experience to be a perfect role model. He was a compassionate and loving man.”

Every job has challenges. Joe says, “A lot of people are interested in TJASC’s program, but don’t have the money required to come aboard. Another challenge is keeping people focused on the arduous task of owning and operating a commercial cleaning business. Some people are willing to work hard for a little while, but for whatever reason, they shy away and start losing focus. Then they default, which is bad for everybody.”

As far as TJASC’s growth, Joe says, “In the time I’ve been here, TJA has grown tremendously. I see The Janitorial Agency continuing to grow and take on more clients. In the coming months, I’d expect that our Master Franchises will start to grow and take shape.”

Joe Gauthier is passionate about family and traveling. He is a proud granddad of nine beautiful children with two on the way. His dad, 85, is still in superb health, and keeps Joe focused when he has a concern come up. If he weren’t in his current line of work at The Janitorial Agency, Joe said he’d find something having to do with travel and helping humanity in another way.
