Soft spoken and always smiling, Regina is the perfect spokesperson for The Janitorial Agency. As her list of volunteer work will prove, she has a heart to serve, which shows through in her daily work at TJA.
Regina Hinojosa provides an invaluable service to the sales team here at The Janitorial Agency. From organizing leads and new clients, to sending out client agreements, each clientʼs initial journey with TJA starts and ends with Regina. Being a people person, Regina is a perfect fit for the job. “Itʼs a rush. You get to learn peopleʼs attitudes and get to work with a lot of new people.”
Reginaʼs motivation was clearly demonstrated before she even started the job. After she sent in her application, and not hearing anything for a few days, she decided to stop in the office and follow up. She was grateful that she did when she found out her application had never been received. She got an interview the following day, and has been working at TJA ever since.
When not at work, Regina has quite an extensive list of volunteer work she regularly does throughout the week including volunteering at a local hospital, and doing costumes and make-up for a Mexican dance crew her family has been involved in for 8 years. “I like working with people...and learning to adapt and get to know new people. I like to feel like I did a good job and get all of my work done.” Regina is very close to her mother and sister, and often travels with them when working with the dance crew.
