TJA: You’ve been in the cleaning business for many years. Were the training courses a good time investment for you?
PCS: The Janitorial Agency’s training courses are great! They’re visual and relatively entertaining; definitely not boring. I’ve been in cleaning for several years, so a lot of the information I learned through my experience with TJA’s training videos was a refresher course. But here’s why the review was good: it was a good thing because it assured me that I was already a knowledgeable professional, and it told me that I would experience success because of what I already knew coming into this business.
TJA: Did you learn anything from the walkthrough courses?
PCS: The walkthrough courses in TJA’s training program showed me ways of presenting myself as a marketable professional. Right now I have acquired three out of four cleaning contracts. Let me put that into perspective. I signed up for the Basic Program at a promotional rate of $48,000 of guaranteed business volume. For my first four walkthroughs, I closed three, securing more contract revenue than 48k, and I’m just getting warm. Pretty soon I’ll hear back from the client of a 225,000 square foot private campus. It’s a very exciting time for my commercial cleaning business because of my experiences with The Janitorial Agency.”
