Doan Nguyen: Denise helped me feel confident through the steps of a walkthrough and from now on, I will take that confidence with me every time I go on walkthroughs for JB Janitorial Services.

TJASC: What advice would you give to a person struggling with an overbearing franchise relationship?
Doan Nguyen: If I ever see a franchisee who’s struggling I would not even hesitate to refer them to the Janitorial Agency because they don’t get nearly as much money in a franchise. Plus the contracts are in the business owners name with The Janitorial Agency. This is not the way the franchisors handle things; they take your money and when you get out from under them they keep your contracts. I recommend The Janitorial Agency to anybody looking to go into the commercial cleaning industry to enjoy independence.

Doan Nguyen: The biggest thing The Janitorial Agency does for me is the marketing and advertising. Without them JB Janitorial Services wouldn’t be able to get anywhere.

Doan Nguyen: I really like the website The Janitorial Agency has given me. It has given JB Janitorial Services the web presence it lacked before I came aboard.

TJASC: How helpful are the training videos The Janitorial Agency provides you with?
Doan Nguyen: I learned a lot from the training videos about how to do the different cleaning procedures for JB Janitorial Services. I really like that the same training courses The Janitorial Agency used to train me are available for me to use to train my employees. That’s available online which is convenient.

TJASC: What was studying for the training courses like for you?
Doan Nguyen: I had to study hard to pass my training with The Janitorial Agency, but I applied myself and did it. The franchisors do not make you work as hard to pass training but then again they don’t offer as large a profit margin either. Now JB Janitorial Service is doing well.

TJASC: Where would your business be without The Janitorial Agency?
Doan Nguyen: Without The Janitorial Agency I don’t think I would be able to grow my JB Janitorial Services by myself. I wouldn’t be able to do anything. They help me a lot.

Doan Nguyen: The Janitorial Agency is the best parent company to be partnered with. JB Janitorial Services is in good hands. If I ever have a question or concern about JB Janitorial Service I can call Denise or Sue at The Janitorial Agency directly and they’ll answer my question. That helps a lot.
