Master Requirements

• Initial Franchise Fee (see below)
• 1-2 weeks of hands on training and recruiting at Masters' location
• 1-2 weeks of training at TJA corporate location in Lansing, MI

How Territories Are Calculated

Master franchise population area

1) Approximately 1 million population = $100k
3) Approximately 2.5 million population = $250k

Example 1: Oakland County, MI has a population of 1.2 million
Master franchise would cost $120k
Example 2: Miami-Dade County, FL has a population of 2.4 million
Master franchise would cost $240k

TJA calculates a territory based on the population of the area by using counties/zip codes. When a certain area is requested, TJA in certian circumstances will approve the area.
When a company purchases the Aggressive Program, Partial Franchise(s), or Master Franchise(s), that company may request up to 6 different areas to have first. second, or third right of refusal.

Team A

This team is responsible for reselling the TJA partnership program. The leads will be established with both TJA corporate office and by the DLA. TJA will set up all meetings with the one day seminars. DLA would set up local advertising with the direction of TJA corporate office.

Cleaning Business Owner

• No Royalties
  • All our competitors charge you fees for the lifetime of your contract; one of those fees is called royalties. Royalties are charged because you have to pay to represent the company; you cannot use a franchises name without being charged for it. We will never charge you royalties because you are able to have your own business, not someone else's. It's your business that you create; you name it and you call the shots.
• No volume fees
  • Franchises will charge you a volume fee. A volume fee is a charge based on how much business you want. In effect, you end up paying upfront every time you want new business. We only charge a one time marketing fee per contract.
• No hidden fees or charges
  • We show you exactly what we will be charging. We give you the freedom with professional support to grow your business and we do not add any additional charges for the support we give you.
• Only a one time marketing fee will be charged
  • YES only a one time fee per contract. We only ask for a one time, 20% (or less) commission per contract we establish for you.
• No low bidding, average net profit per contract 30%
  • Our commission is added on top of the bid of each contract, so it does not hurt your bottom line. For example, if you want us to charge $30 per hour on each contract we bid for you, we will add our commission fee of 20% (=$6), to make the bid $36 per hour. Unlike other franchises out there, we make sure you keep a higher profit margin.
• You invoice the customer
  • You have control of the contract. There is no franchise controlling how to, what to, and when to with the customer. We guide you every step of the way, but do not tell you what you will or won't do. Remember this is your business.
